We’re the Wojtysiaks.
We both work with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, though our roles look quite different. What we share is the same heartbeat: helping people discover they’re not alone.
We live in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, with our two children, Hannah and Jack. Between the two of us, we’ve been with InterVarsity for over 25 years. We look forward to partnering with you in seeing new gospel communities on campuses across the US and helping reach students and faculty through Nurses Christian Fellowship.
About Jen
Jen has been with InterVarsity since 2003, serving in roles from campus staff to area director to regional director. Today she serves as Associate National Director for Nurses Christian Fellowship (NCF), a focused ministry of InterVarsity.
Her vision is to see every campus with a nursing program have an NCF community — a place where students can meet Jesus at the intersection of their faith and vocation. The average nurse interacts with more than 500 patients a year. What if those nurses were equipped to provide meaningful spiritual care? NCF exists to encourage, equip, and empower nursing students for a lifetime of service in healthcare.
Jen is grateful for the opportunity to lead a network of NCF students and nurses bringing the love and hope of Christ into their nursing schools and professions.
About Chad
Chad joined InterVarsity in 2018 and works with the organization’s planting programs — specifically the EveryCampus coalition, the Catalyze team (focused on campuses with no known ministry), and InterVarsity’s underserved geographies initiatives. He also serves on the EveryCampus Steering Committee, helping guide the vision and strategy of this multi-organization coalition.
His work involves building systems that help us actually see the need — where ministries are, where they aren’t, and where God is already preparing people to start something new. Through technology and data, we now have a clearer picture of the harvest field than ever before. And that clarity is mobilizing people.
What keeps Chad going is watching God connect the dots — a professor who’s been praying for years, a street minister becoming an adjunct professor, a student who thought they were the only believer on campus. The pattern is always the same: people already carrying a burden, waiting for someone to say, “You’re not alone.”
